Three reasons to love fiddleheads!

Visit beFOODled on Flickr.Update: If you make this recipe you should cook fiddleheads for longer than I did, because it seems they can make you sick if they aren't well-cooked. Health Canada recommends that "fresh fiddleheads be cooked in boiling water for 15 minutes or steamed for 10 to 12 minutes until tender. Water used for boiling or steaming should be discarded as it may contain the toxin.

korean fashion

its been a while, well i guess i have to go straight to the point.i often put some of Korean dramas as the reference for the segment 'fashion in movie', cause i find it really interesting.somehow i got an eye for the fashion style.Korean fashion,if i notice for so long, its not the type of show off fashion and extreme coloring, lets say unlike Japanese fashion with colorful styles, sometimes with some extreme mix n match.Korean fashion style would be like the calm version colorful image.but somehow some of the men styles would be as gentle as girls.like pink t-shirt,low cut on neck for tee.slim tight shirt. i got some samples here, but the pics don't belong to me.the copyright owner does.

Uncorked! A bottle of El Burro

Visit beFOODled on Flickr. My interest in Spanish reds is still going strong and I have to tell you about my newest friend: El Burro Kickass Garnacha. It's made from a red wine grape known to the Spanish

card name and hangtag 2010

these were some lasts work i did for the company before i resign. the card name for the new shop and the new hangtags/stickers.

songket application

Songket is a fabric that belongs to the brocade family of textiles. It is hand-woven in silk or cotton, and intricately patterned with gold or silver threads.click here for more info.the content of this article is not mine but I want to let other readers to know about this.click the link for the original content

well, this is one of the traditional product from my country beside batik.songket is a handmade products,so it takes times to make and the price is quite expensive.but its worth for a collectible item for the people who loves traditional souvenir.as the time goes by,songket is not only applicable as the traditional clothes/costume,but it can turned into several other things, such as wallet, tissue box,bags,shoes/sandal ornament,or even some modern style jacket/clothing.here are some examples, the copyright of the pics belong to the owner, not mine.

Spanish paella

I was inspired to make this dish after watching an episode of Giada at Home where she made Spanish rice for her husband. It reminded me of one winter when I invited some girlfriends over for a Mediterranean feast because we were all missing the sun, and I made them a variation of this dish. Paellapinch of saffron2 chorizo sausage links1 white onion, finely diced2 cloves garlic, finely minced1 hot

California wine show

Visit beFOODled on Flickr. That's me at the recent California wine show with California winemaker Camille Seghesio. Her family's business, Seghesio Family Vineyards, was one of some 100 California wineries at the event. I went with my partner S and we really enjoyed both the wines and the way the event was set up. You paid only once ($60.00 per person) and once in, you could sample as much wine as
